Hydroponic Technology and Engineering as a Gateway 

STEM AS A GATEWAY TO OTHER OPPORTUNITIES

We dive into hydroponic technology, learning the art of cultivating plants without soil and exploring cutting-edge growing methods. We engage in mechanical engineering concepts to design efficient hydroponic systems, while also exploring entrepreneurship and project management skills.

Nurturing Their Own Crops

WHAT YOU GROW YOU KNOW

We are hands-on with planting, growing, and harvesting, discovering the satisfaction of nurturing your own crops. Teens gain insights into basic botany and food health education, understanding the science behind plant biology and nutrition.

Our vision is to provide a sense of pride in their history, curate a healthy eating environment, and explore opportunities in underrepresented environmental and agricultural career paths.

Our mission is to serve as an instrument for developing a positive relationship between the historical influence of Black people in agriculture and the STEM advancement to healthy independent eating; impacting youth in food insecure zones.
